    What is your service guarantee?

    You have 30 days after posting your online Memorial to cancel your account with a full refund, less an administration fee of $15 CAD.

    How long will the Memorials be on the Web?

    We pledge to keep the site online for the entire duration of our packages. The permanent Memorials will stay online for as long as the site is in existence. Like a cemetery, the We Remember You... website has been created to last forever!

    What does 50Mb of web space represent?

    50 Mb represents 1,000 photographs (400 x 600 pixels), 15,000 pages of text, or 30 minutes of video (320 x 240 pixels).

    Is it possible to modify the content of a Memorial?

    Yes, the owner of a Memorial may modify texts, presentation and images, and add new elements, at any time.

    What do I do if I forget my password?

    Upon request, a new password will be sent to you by e-mail. So it is important that you keep your e-mail address up to date. If you change it, you can make this change on your account’s access page.

    Where can I get a death certificate?

    Funeral homes provide these certificates. They can also be obtained from this web site: http://www.etatcivil.gouv.qc.ca/en/death.html

    The photos I have are on paper only. Can you digitize them for me?

    Yes, we can offer you this service. The digitization costs are $5 per photo and $10 per page of text. We will send you all your digitized documents by e-mail. If you would like your original documents back, you must include a pre-stamped envelope with your return address. Make sure you provide us with all your coordinates. Many photography stores also offer this service.

    I would like the decoration of my Memorial to be unique. Is this possible?

    Yes. You can get a personalized theme for your Memorial. Contact us by e-mail info@alamemoirede.coop to explain what you want and we will estimate your options and costs.
